These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Elite Advance LLC ("Elite Advance," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from Elite Advance, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
Elite Advance sends text messages related to consulting consultations, scheduling, account and service updates, follow-up communications, customer care, and occasional promotional offers from Elite Advance LLC.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website's contact form and providing your mobile number, by texting a designated keyword to our number, or by providing express written consent through another Elite Advance form. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Elite Advance, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Elite Advance.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will not receive additional messages. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others.
Privacy & No Sharing of Mobile Data
Elite Advance LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or any consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
